At SynopsiTV we have two keywords crucial in our work philosophy and crucial for our office environment, happiness and freedom.
Happiness
Do what makes you happy. That is the easy one.
Beyond the polite smile, our team works closely together in and out of the office. We like each other (check out the Behind the Scenes page for a closer look at our office life). Any addition to SynopsiTV will not just fill a desk or a role, but will become part of our small community and social cohesion is critical. Even if you don’t laugh at our jokes, you must at least appreciate the effort.
Freedom
We believe you work best when you are satisfied with life in general. This ties in to the second key notion, freedom.
People run on different schedules. People have different demands, on different days, at different times of the year. Our office is 24/7/365. It does not mean that you must come in on a Sunday afternoon, or stay until 3 am, but it does mean that you don’t have to be here at the same time each morning or worry about taking off the afternoon for a rafting competition or grandma’s birthday.
Happiness + Freedom = Passion
Both happiness and freedom allow us to think courageously and passionately. SynopsiTV is made up of an incredible group of highly talented individuals. We dare to think big, and we try to push the limits of what is possible as determined by our contemporaries and our critics. We care about making innovations in technology and systems.
Happiness and freedom also represent what we are trying to accomplish at SynopsiTV. Freedom to find entertainment which makes you happy.
Just as finding a great movie is relative and highly personal, so is finding a great career.
Our foundation is strong. We need your drive to help us take off. We care less about where you come from, and what your experiences are, and more about where you can possibly go.
The only borders which exist here are the borders in your mind. Flights of thought, meanders, rambles, wanders and tangents are welcome...and regular.
